Ramp Conical Washers

Cal Fasteners offers the “Ramp Conical Washers” which help keep the bolt and nuts locked together. There are other types of "Locking Washers" but the Ramp Conical Washer is unique in design and a better hold than standard locking or conical type washers. These are type of conical washer but Instead of being cupped all the way around, a portion of the washer has an off-center parabolic ramp. This helps to create a secondary spring system to increase the tension and load bearing capability. They help provide even greater resistance to both loosening and fatigue.
