Knurled (Spline) Bolts

Cal Fasteners carries Grade 5 hex knurled (spline) bolts in standard 1/2" diameter and in 1-3/4”, 2-1/2” and 3” lengths. Other diameters and lengths are available upon request. Commonly used in electrical switchboards, panel boards, and other similar applications, our knurled bolts are manufactured from high quality steel for superior durability.

Built-in splines at the base of the shaft help secure these bolts in position. The grooves grip the surrounding material, giving these bolts “self-clinching” capabilities. We also sell corresponding knurled nuts in assorted sizes.
